Nickel (30–35%), chromium (19–23%), and iron (at least 39.5%) make up the majority of Incoloy 800HT Forgings, with titanium and aluminium (0.15–0.60%) added as well. Excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation and structural deterioration is offered by this alloy. In terms of mechanical properties, Incoloy 800HT provides a tensile strength of roughly 600–750 MPa, a yield strength of roughly 300–450 MPa, and an elongation of 30–45%. Even after extended exposure to high temperatures, its exceptional creep and rupture strength is guaranteed by its stable austenitic structure.
