Nickel (38–46%), iron (22% min), chromium (19.5–23.5%), molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), copper (1.5–3%), and trace amounts of titanium and aluminium make up Incoloy 825 Bars and Rods. Excellent resistance to oxidising and reducing acids is provided by this alloy. In terms of mechanical properties, Incoloy 825 has a yield strength of 310 MPa, a tensile strength of roughly 690 MPa, and an elongation of about 30%. The alloy is perfect for demanding environments where dimensional stability and resistance to chemical attack are crucial because it maintains strength and corrosion resistance at both high and low temperatures.
