What is Monel Forgings?

Nickel Alloy 201 Bars and Rods are made up of at least 99.6% pure nickel, with a low carbon content (maximum 0.02%), making them ideal for situations where high-temperature graphitization is a concern. This alloy boasts impressive resistance to alkalis, neutral and mildly reducing environments, and certain acids. In terms of mechanical properties, Nickel 201 has a tensile strength of about 403 MPa and a yield strength of around 103 MPa, along with high ductility and good thermal and electrical conductivity. Its low carbon content also improves its resistance to intergranular attack at elevated temperatures.
