Dhruv Metals is a prominent Midland, India-based manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Nimonic 263 Round Bars and Rods. We are dedicated to precision, performance, and durability, serving industries that require materials that can withstand harsh environments. Our Nimonic 263 products are designed to provide superior high-temperature strength, with outstanding oxidation resistance and long-term thermal stability. Extensively utilized in aerospace and power generation industries, Nimonic 263 bars and rods are manufactured as per international standards to meet highest reliability and durability expectations in demanding high-performance and high-stress industrial applications.
Nimonic 263 is a nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy with an approximate composition of 60% nickel, 22% chromium, and 1.8% titanium, and trace amounts of aluminium, cobalt, and other stabilizing metals. The composition guarantees excellent high-temperature oxidation and carburization resistance. Mechanically, it provides 1,300 MPa tensile strength, 930 MPa yield strength, and 15% elongation. The alloy is especially prized for its excellent creep properties and ability to endure mechanical integrity in high temperature and stress conditions and therefore is uniquely suited to harsh aerospace, turbine, and power generation applications.
