The higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) enhances strength at elevated temperatures. These bars boast a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, yield strength of about 205 MPa, and an elongation of 40%, with a Brinell hardness of approximately 217 HB. SS 321H exhibits excellent mechanical and oxidation resistance at temperatures reaching 900°C, making it perfect for extended use in high-heat, high-stress environments.
