Super Duplex Steel Zeron 100 Bars and Rods feature a dual-phase microstructure with a well-balanced composition of around 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3.6% molybdenum, 0.7% tungsten, and 0.2% nitrogen, which contributes to their superior corrosion resistance and strength. Their mechanical properties include a tensile strength of about 800 MPa, yield strength of around 550 MPa, and an elongation of 25%, with a Brinell hardness of approximately 270 HB. This alloy also boasts excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion, especially in chloride-rich and acidic environments. Its weldability and toughness make it perfect for demanding industrial applications.
