Titanium Gr 1 Forgings consist of 99.5% pure titanium, with minimal traces of elements such as iron (max 0.2%), oxygen (max 0.18%), carbon, nitrogen, and hydrogen. The mechanical properties include a tensile strength of about 240 MPa, yield strength of 170 MPa, and an elongation of 24%, with a Brinell hardness of roughly 70 HB.
